Competitive Cheer Ruled Not a Sport?

In my essay, for the opposing side of whether or not cheerleading is a sport, I used a couple quotes from the Federal judge in Connecticut ruling that competitive cheer is underdeveloped and disorganized.  While searching for more information on the ruling and the gender-equity requirements, I found a YouTube clip, on Fox called the Buzz, discussing the argument and why other sport team coaches were suing Quinnipiac University.
